We purchased this freehold block in central Bristol directly from a vendor we had bought from previously.
The block was partially tenanted at the time of acquisition and required varying degrees of refurbishment. We planned a program of improvements around the existing tenancies, ranging from a back-to-brick renovation, damp proofing, and a full internal fit-out of the basement flat to cosmetic updates, new kitchens, and bathrooms throughout the rest of the building.
While the scaffolding was up, we took the opportunity to refresh the exterior with a striking green and white colour scheme, significantly enhancing the curb appeal and making it the best-looking building on the street.
