This 1930s end-of-terrace property was purchased via probate and given a new lease of life. We secured the property during a period of macroeconomic uncertainty after the previous buyer had pulled out.
Perfectly located near the university campus and featuring an existing large rear extension on a substantial plot, we knew this property ticked all our boxes. We further extended it by adding a side extension and converting the loft to create a spacious 8-bedroom student house.
In addition to a complete internal reconfiguration, we undertook extensive external landscaping to create four off-street parking spaces, a separate undercover bike store, and a bin store. Despite these additions, we maintained ample space for an outdoor raised patio and a large enclosed garden.
