We acquired this property after the previous owners, who had begun a live-in renovation project, chose to sell due to a change in circumstances. We picked up where they had left off and proceeded to carry out extensive structural alterations, including the installation of 13 steel beams and a large hip-to-gable loft conversion.
After stripping the property back to brick, we completely reconfigured the internal layout and designed the space with a high-end finish. The property now features six spacious en-suite bedrooms, a generous kitchen/diner, and a cinema room in the loft. This is one of our favorite projects, and with minimal turnover and some housemates living here for several years, it seems they love it as much as we do!
