Our journey in property investment
We’ve been investing since 2014 and have gained experience across a wide range of property strategies. While we predominantly focus on HMOs, our journey began with flips to generate capital. We then expanded into a small portfolio of serviced accommodation (SA’s) and buy-to-lets before moving on to more complex deals, including mixed-use multi-unit freehold blocks, a Grade II listed chapel, and commercial-to-residential conversions.
Today, we’ve built a group of property-related companies with an eight-figure property portfolio. This has allowed both of us to leave our corporate jobs whilst providing us the freedom to travel each year, all while managing the business remotely. In 2022 we decided to support others who are looking to follow a similar path with 1-2-1 Mentoring.

Strategy sessions
Our initial strategy session typically lasts 2–3 hours, during which we take the time to get to know each other, understand your business aspirations, and break down your goals into actionable objectives. This session is crucial to set the foundation and focus for all future sessions and ensure the portfolio you build aligns with your overall vision.
Coaching calls
Every fortnight, we schedule a 1-hour Zoom call to check in on your progress and address any questions you have. This time is dedicated to focusing on the current priorities within your business, whether it’s sourcing your next deal, raising finance, navigating the planning system, designing floor plans, or managing trades.
