Lucy Davies
I grew up in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. I studied in Cardiff and pursued a career in Human Resources working regionally in a variety of sectors.
My passion for property developed whilst at university and has grown ever since. Starting my investment journey with single buy to lets, this has now developed into commercial conversions and HMOs.
I typically manage the day to day running of Innova Property, the interior design for projects and focus on business development/strategy.
Jake Colwill
I grew up on the coast in Cornwall and spent my teen years working on the tools within the family kitchen and home improvement business. After studying business at university, property investment was the perfect opportunity to combine my skillset and passion for renovating property with the business and commercial opportunity that property can bring.
You’ll typically find me out and about, conducting viewings looking for the next deal or on site project managing our refurb projects.
